7. Cheques should be made payable to the Custodian of Enemy Property and crossed. Covers should be addressed to The Custodian, General Post Office Building, Top Floor.
8. The Custodian may give notice to any person, dividends firm or Company to pay over to him any
etc., which in default of such notice would be payable to a person holding shares in the firm or Company on behalf of an enemy person.
9. It should be noted that very severe penalties

11. Every person who is entitled to property Returns to of any description whatsoever in enemy territory be made or in territory in hostile occupation, or to any entitled to by persons interest in any such property and every person in enemy property who has any claim against an enemy person or territory. enemy Government must make a return of such property or claim to the Custodian.
