7. Cheques should be made payable to the Custodian of Enemy Property and crossed. Covers should be addressed to The Custodian, General Post Office Building, Top Floor.

8. The Custodian may give notice to any person, dividends firm or Company to pay over to him any

etc., which in default of such notice would be payable to a person holding shares in the firm or Company on behalf of an enemy person.

9. It should be noted that very severe penalties
